On September 26, National Assembly Delegation Group No. 4, Ho Chi Minh City National Assembly Delegation , met with voters of wards: An Phu Dong, Dong Hung Thuan, Trung My Tay, Tan Thoi Hiep, Thoi An.

The 4th National Assembly Delegation includes the following delegates: Van Thi Bach Tuyet, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the Organization Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee; Tran Hoang Ngan, Member of the National Assembly's Economic and Financial Committee; Nguyen Thi Hong Hanh, Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Justice.
At the meeting, voters raised many opinions and reflections related to planning, granting land use right certificates, urban planning, canal consolidation, buying and selling houses with micro-titles, and online fraud.

Voter Nguyen Van Muoi (Trung My Tay ward) said that after the reorganization, wards with large scale and population are a challenge for commune-level authorities. Voters recommended that the city continue to improve responsibility, train and foster skills and professional qualifications of commune-level officials and civil servants to perform their tasks well.
Talking to voters, Deputy Van Thi Bach Tuyet shared that after nearly 3 months of operating the 2-level local government, wards, communes and special zones in Ho Chi Minh City have made efforts to not interrupt the work of the people. Up to now, the 2-level local government model in the city has basically operated smoothly.

Delegate Van Thi Bach Tuyet added that recently, the City Party Committee and People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City have continuously organized training courses to update knowledge for officials and civil servants. The city has also dispatched department and branch officials to the commune level to "hold hands and guide" to ensure the best service for the people.
The delegate acknowledged the great support and assistance from voters in the neighborhood, hamlet, and organizations, contributing to helping local authorities operate effectively. The city continues to implement solutions to make commune-level activities even more effective.
Regarding the opinions and recommendations of voters, Deputy Van Thi Bach Tuyet suggested that localities review and resolve them. In particular, review and report to the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee to direct the acceleration of project progress; propose to repair degraded roads that affect people's travel.

In addition, review the planned land fund for education to recommend the city to have more school construction projects and increase classrooms to serve people's needs.
Communes also need to review proposals for naming streets, handle violations of environmental protection, guide people in buying social housing, and coordinate with departments and branches to resolve problems related to projects.
