Military Region 1 supports relatives of martyrs affected by storm No. 10

The working delegation of Military Region 1, led by Colonel Nong Tien Dung, Deputy Chief of Political Affairs of the Military Region, recently visited, encouraged and presented gifts to Mrs. Dich Thi Bo (80 years old), wife of a martyr, Ban Moi village, Hiep Luc commune, who was injured and suffered property damage due to the impact of storm No. 10.

Previously, at 8:00 p.m. on October 1, due to the impact of the storm, the abandoned house of the neighbor suddenly collapsed completely, the materials hit the wall of Mrs. Dich Thi Bo's house, causing the wall of more than 10 square meters to collapse. Mrs. Dich Thi Bo was buried in a pile of bricks and tiles, slightly injured. The local militia and people promptly rescued her, quickly took her to the Bac Kan General Hospital for emergency treatment. At the same time, they organized to overcome the consequences of the storm.

Immediately after receiving the information, the local Party Committee, authorities and agencies promptly visited and encouraged her. On behalf of the Military Region 1 Command, Colonel Nong Tien Dung kindly visited and shared the difficulties with Mrs. Bo and her family; and presented 10 million VND in support to help her have better treatment conditions and soon stabilize her life.
