Promoting Van Dinh cuisine at the first Hanoi World Cultural Festival

Kinhtedothi – Within the framework of the first Hanoi World Cultural Festival at Thang Long Imperial Citadel, Van Dinh cuisine was honored to be selected to display and introduce.

Taking place on October 11 and 12, the first World Cultural Festival in Hanoi in 2025 is a key cultural foreign activity of Vietnam in 2025, gathering 48 participating countries with many contents.

Specifically, the Festival brings together 45 national cultural spaces, 34 international culinary booths, 23 domestic and foreign art troupes, 12 units introducing books and publications, and 22 countries participating in the international film screening program.

At the Food Quarter, visitors can explore multinational cuisine and participate in culinary workshops to learn about typical dishes of many different cultures.

Participating in the festival, Van Dinh duck culinary products were honored to be selected to display and introduce at the first Hanoi World Culture Festival. In the space converging the culinary quintessence of the Capital, Van Dinh roast duck made a strong impression with its seductive aroma, crispy golden skin and sweet, soft duck meat soaked in typical spices. Each piece of duck is not only a dish, but also the crystallization of family secrets, skillful hands and love for the homeland of Van Dinh people. The presence of Van Dinh duck at this Festival not only affirms the famous culinary brand of Van Dinh countryside, but also contributes to promoting the image of the place where tradition and modernity blend.
