On October 1, at the 17th Provincial Party Committee Conference (term XXII), the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee said that up to now, Quang Nam has completed the review, consideration of responsibilities, and disciplinary action against organizations and party members who violated according to Notice No. 581 dated November 30, 2023 of the Central Inspection Committee.

Specifically, for the collective, there are 8 party organizations that have violated to the extent that they must be disciplined. The competent authority has issued disciplinary decisions of reprimand to 5 party organizations, 3 party organizations have violated to the extent of disciplinary reprimand but no disciplinary decisions have been issued due to the expiration of the disciplinary statute of limitations. There are 8 party organizations that have shortcomings and violations but not to the extent of disciplinary action, have been seriously reviewed, and lessons have been learned.

Regarding individuals, 31 party members violated to the extent that disciplinary action had to be taken. The competent authority issued a disciplinary warning decision to 1 party member and reprimanded 17 party members; 13 party members violated to the extent of disciplinary reprimand, but no disciplinary decision was issued due to the expiration of the disciplinary statute of limitations.

There are 81 party members with shortcomings and violations but not to the extent of disciplinary action, have been seriously reviewed and deeply learned from experience.

The province is continuing to direct the correction of shortcomings and violations concluded by the Central Inspection Commission according to the set roadmap.

Regarding the inspection and supervision work of the Provincial Party Committee in the first 9 months of 2024, Party committees at all levels inspected 611 Party organizations and 1,288 Party members on the implementation of the Party's policies and regulations; and supervised 494 Party organizations and 789 Party members on a thematic basis.

District-level Party Committees and equivalents inspected 11 Party members for signs of violations. Inspection Committees at all levels inspected 56 Party organizations and 127 Party members when there were signs of violations.

Party committees at all levels and Party cells disciplined 5 Party organizations (in the form of reprimand) and 167 Party members who violated (145 reprimands, 11 warnings, 3 dismissals, 8 expulsions).

The Party Inspection Committees at all levels disciplined 3 Party organizations (in the form of reprimand) and 96 Party members (53 reprimands, 15 warnings, 3 dismissals, 25 expulsions).
