Currently, Mong Cai ward and surrounding areas only have light rain and light wind, all living and production activities of people take place smoothly and safely.
However, to prevent post-storm circulation from causing heavy rain, the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province has directed local authorities to continue to be on duty, especially in areas of Mong Cai, Dam Ha, and Tien Yen (old) not to be subjective or negligent, and at the same time, advised people to absolutely not go through areas with underground overflows on rivers and streams that have been warned by authorities.

The on-duty forces at communes, wards and special zones continue to be maintained, strictly controlling vessels and boats, not at anchorage locations; not allowing people to arbitrarily return to aquaculture rafts when safety is not yet ensured; arranging machinery and vehicles ready to respond and promptly handle landslides on traffic routes.
Quang Ninh province also continues to review areas at risk of flooding, landslides, rock falls and riverside areas at risk of flash floods, landslides; review weak houses to ensure safety for people to get to safety.

Review plans, be ready to deploy forces and means to support search and rescue work and overcome consequences when requested.
Implementing the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Police continue to maintain reinforcement forces for storm prevention and control work to prevent bad consequences from post-storm circulation.
In particular, the Waterway Police Team (Traffic Police Department of the Provincial Police) was ordered to prepare specialized vehicles such as high-speed boats, canoes, anchor ropes, life jackets and rescue equipment, to organize patrols, control and check on sea routes, islands and rivers, especially Tien Yen River, a place with high potential risks, to respond promptly when situations arise.

In addition, the Waterway Police force also maintains propaganda work to encourage people not to be subjective and resolutely not let vehicles go to sea when the temporary ban order of the authorities has not been lifted.
According to statistics, there are currently more than 11,000 watercraft of all kinds anchored in shelter areas in Quang Ninh province.
