Acting President Vo Thi Anh Xuan visits and presents gifts to Dien Bien soldiers

Comrade Vo Thi Anh Xuan, member of the Party Central Committee, Acting President, presented a gift to veteran Nguyen Huu Chap, born in 1931, residing in Him Lam ward ( Dien Bien Phu city).

The delegation visited and presented gifts to veteran Nguyen Huu Chap, born in 1931, residing in Him Lam ward and veteran Nguyen Viet Diem, born in 1930, residing in Thanh Binh ward (Dien Bien Phu city). At the families, Acting President Vo Thi Anh Xuan kindly inquired about the health and life of Dien Bien soldiers; expressed respect and gratitude for the great contributions and sacrifices of Dien Bien soldiers in the resistance war against French colonialism, contributing with our army and people to the historic victory "famous in five continents, shaking the earth".

On behalf of the working delegation, comrade Vo Thi Anh Xuan wished the Dien Bien soldiers good health, to be a spiritual support for their children and grandchildren to follow and continue the tradition of their ancestors; at the same time, promote the fine tradition of "Uncle Ho's soldiers", keep the spirit of the Dien Bien soldiers of the past, continue to contribute their intelligence and efforts to build their homeland to be more and more prosperous and civilized.
