The ArchivoVAR account, a technology analysis platform on X , believes that VAR made a serious mistake. According to the slow-motion analysis, when Achraf Hakimi made the pass, Ramos was in an offside position.
However, the VAR review only started from the moment the ball left Hakimi's foot, meaning the most important moment - the pass - was missed. "If the rules had been applied correctly, Ramos' goal should have been disallowed," wrote Tribuna .
