The harvested wood is supplied to wood processing facilities in the province and neighboring provinces, with a selling price of 1.8-2 million VND/m3. With the profits from planted forests, people are continuing to focus on afforestation, converting small wood forest areas to large wood tree plantations to increase economic value.

According to statistics, the total planted forest area of ​​Thai Nguyen province is currently nearly 224,000 hectares.
