From 6am to 12pm on October 27, Hai Duong City People's Committee banned all vehicles from circulating on the following routes: Bach Dang (from Hoang Van Thu Street to the end of Thong Nhat Square); Bui Thi Xuan (from Bach Dang Street to the intersection with Chuong Duong Street). Thong Nhat Street banned cars from traveling from the intersection of Truong Chinh - Le Thanh Nghi - Thong Nhat to Bach Dang Street. All vehicles are banned from stopping or parking in the area around Thong Nhat Square during the above time.

Road closure to ensure traffic safety for the organization of the collective run "For a green Hai Duong City" in 2024.

The 2024 “For a Green Hai Duong City” Collective Run opened at Thong Nhat Square, Le Thanh Nghi Ward; it is expected that there will be 99 groups with over 3,000 participants.

This is an activity to celebrate the 220th anniversary of the founding of Thanh Dong (1804 - 2024), the 70th anniversary of the liberation of Hai Duong city (October 30, 1954 - October 30, 2024).
