Merge the Thai Binh Provincial Writers Association and the Hung Yen Provincial Writers Association into the Hung Yen Provincial Writers Association

On the morning of October 17, the Vietnam Writers Association of Hung Yen province held a conference to announce the decision of the Vietnam Writers Association on merging the Thai Binh Provincial Writers Association and the Hung Yen Provincial Writers Association (old) into the Hung Yen Provincial Writers Association. Comrade Pham Van Nghiem, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended.

On the morning of October 17, the Vietnam Writers Association of Hung Yen province held a conference to announce the decision of the Vietnam Writers Association on merging the Thai Binh Provincial Writers Association and the Hung Yen Provincial Writers Association (old) into the Hung Yen Provincial Writers Association. Comrade Pham Van Nghiem, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Van Nghiem presented flowers to congratulate the Executive Committee of the Association.

Attending the conference were comrade Pham Van Nghiem, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; poet Nguyen Quang Thieu, Chairman of the Vietnam Writers Association ; poet Huu Thinh, former Chairman of the Vietnam Writers Association.

The conference announced Decision No. 110/QD-HNV dated July 21, 2025 of the Vietnam Writers Association on merging the Thai Binh Provincial Writers Association and the Hung Yen Provincial Writers Association. According to the decision, the Thai Binh Provincial Writers Association and the Hung Yen Provincial Writers Association will merge into a new Association called the Hung Yen Provincial Vietnam Writers Association; appointing an Executive Committee of 3 people. Of which, writer Nguyen Thi Bich Vuong is the Association President; poet Pham Hong Oanh is the Association Vice President; poet Le Hong Thien is a member .
