According to the Director of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, the introduction of "Hanoi Studies" and "Local Education" into schools is currently facing some barriers, namely the school year curriculum framework according to the 2018 General Education Program, which stipulates that junior high school level has 1,032 lessons/year - that is, about 29.5 lessons/week; high school level has 1,015 lessons/year - about 29 lessons/week.

To include the subject "Hanoi Studies" and the Local Education program in the school year's curriculum requires the education sector to have reasonable calculations to avoid overloading students. "Currently, the revised Capital Law has allowed Hanoi to be proactive in this matter. In the coming time, when we have permission, we will definitely implement the inclusion of "Hanoi Studies" in the education program" - Director of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training emphasized.

“We also believe that the most fundamental solution is to invest in a new urban railway system that can solve traffic congestion. According to the plan, the city has 10 urban railway lines with a total length of 417km. With the city's great efforts, we now have 2 lines in operation. To fully exploit the potential, the urban railway network must be interconnected, we must have all 10 lines, however, within the scope of investment, we can only have one line at a time" - Director of the Hanoi Department of Transport said.
