Dong Nai Cultural Development in the 2025-2030 Period

(DN) - On September 11, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province issued a plan to implement Resolution No. 114/NQ-CP of the Government on implementing Resolution No. 162/2024/QH15 of the National Assembly, approving the investment policy of the National Target Program on Cultural Development for the 2025-2035 period in Dong Nai province.

According to the plan, Dong Nai will organize a synchronous and serious implementation to create a strong change in building and perfecting the system of cultural values, people and Vietnamese families. Preserving and promoting cultural heritage, improving the spiritual life and cultural accessibility of the people.

Specific goals set: Maintain and improve the operational efficiency of cultural institutions from the province to the grassroots; strive for 95% of special national relics and 70% of national relics to be restored and embellished; at least 75% of people in remote, isolated areas and ethnic minority areas to enjoy cultural activities.

In addition, build Dong Nai people to develop comprehensively in ideology, personality, ethics, intelligence, creativity, physical strength, and soul; strengthen digital transformation and increase investment in culture to at least 2% of total annual budget expenditure.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to preside over and coordinate with departments, branches and localities to implement the plan, ensuring the completion of the set goals and targets. Dong Nai Newspaper, Radio and Television built special pages, columns, articles, reports, topics... on the implementation process of program content at all levels and branches.
