Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Vo Ngoc Hiep emphasized the requirement of equal or better disbursement of public investment capital at the working session on the afternoon of October 21 with Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 1, departments, branches and People's Committees of communes and wards.

According to reports from the Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 1 and localities, site clearance problems continue to be the main cause of delays in construction progress and disbursement.

The Management Board of Construction Investment Project No. 1 recommended the Provincial People's Committee to direct relevant units to speed up site clearance and land price approval and propose capital transfer between projects.

Recently, many localities have proactively coordinated and mobilized people to hand over land, helping some projects have positive changes.

However, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Ngoc Hiep emphasized that localities need to make more efforts, especially to completely resolve problems and create conditions for construction units to have enough area for implementation.

According to the report, to date, the total disbursement value has reached more than 1,436/5,761 billion VND, equivalent to 25% of the plan. Of which, Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 1 is assigned to manage 41 projects, with 28 projects having been allocated capital in 2025. Regional Project Management Boards have been assigned capital for 462 projects, and have disbursed more than 1,246/2,484 billion VND, reaching a rate of 50%.

Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Vo Ngoc Hiep concluded the working session, requesting the investor to closely follow the construction site, and the construction unit to work overtime and increase shifts to speed up the progress of the projects.
