According to the planning orientation, Bung Thi hot spring is located in the project of Ta Kou - Bung Thi - Song Phan urban, commercial - service, entertainment, eco -tourism and spiritual complex (located in the communes: Tan Thanh, Ham Thuan Nam, Tan Hai). This complex is expected to be divided into 8 component projects, of which 2 component projects are assessed to be eligible to select investors, to be completed in 2025.

In particular, the 106-hectare area of the Bung Thi Eco-tourism, Recreational Resort project has 1 natural hot mineral well, and the locality is currently promoting procedures to adjust the content related to the forestry and mineral sectors according to regulations... Through research, it is known that Bung Thi hot spring was found a long time ago, however, this area is still quite wild because it has not been invested in and exploited effectively and commensurate with its potential. Because this is a natural stream from the ground, in addition to the hot water stream, there is also a cold water stream that will mix together and flow into a lake, creating a warm water stream.

Here, people can boil eggs and enjoy them under the forest canopy.

At the source of hot water with a temperature of more than 80°C, local people and tourists often bring boiled eggs, wait in curiosity, excitement and enjoy them under the cool canopy of the primeval forest. At the end of July, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Ho Van Muoi made a field survey of Lam Dong coastal projects, including the Bung Thi Eco-tourism, Resort and Entertainment Component project. Here, the provincial leaders highly appreciated the tourism potential of this area, and at the same time believed that there was a lot of room for development as well as attracting high-class, large-scale projects.
