Previously, on May 5, Cau Ngang District Police received a report from the owner of a gold shop in Minh Thuan A Hamlet, Cau Ngang Town, Cau Ngang District about the shop being robbed of 5 gold necklaces (18K and 24K) with a total weight of 16 taels. Immediately after that, the police force arrived at the scene to verify the incident and coordinated with the Criminal Police Force of Tra Vinh Province Police to investigate and arrest the suspect.
By professional measures, on May 11, Cau Ngang District Police and the Criminal Police Department of Tra Vinh Province Police discovered a car with license plate 51A - 727.28 circulating in Cau Ngang Town with suspicious signs, so they stopped the vehicle for inspection; at the same time, invited the woman in the car to the police station for clarification.
