Notably, at the same time the police received the report, images of the scuffle quickly spread on social networks, causing public outrage at the hooligan behavior and attitude of some individuals involved in the incident.

Vinh Tuy Ward Police in coordination with Hanoi Police Investigation Agency determined that Nguyen Long Vu had beaten and injured Mr. Ngo Minh D. (a coffee shop employee). As a result, Mr. D. suffered swelling on the left cheek and requested an injury assessment.

Regarding this incident, regarding the behavior of NVT (born in 1998; residing in O Dien commune, Hanoi) - the person the online community calls "the boss", the Investigation Agency determined that when T. raised his right hand, Vu went to the cashier counter to hit Mr. D. Until T. raised his right hand and said "stop, stop", Vu stopped and went back to his seat.

At the Investigation Agency, T. and Vu both clearly stated: T. did not direct Vu to beat and injure Mr. D. T. only told Vu to go in and see who had said offensive words (because Mr. D. asked customers not to smoke in the shop). When seeing the fight happening, T. raised his hand to stop the two sides.

Currently, Hanoi police have detained Nguyen Long Vu - the person the online community calls "The CEO's Secretary" - and continue to expand the investigation and strictly handle him according to the law.
