On the evening of July 9, a source from VTC News said that the authorities had detained Phan Cong Khanh (29 years old) to investigate the act of Abuse of trust to appropriate property. However, the specific act has not been announced yet.

In Phan Cong Khanh's supercar collection, there are very valuable cars such as: Rolls-Royce Phantom VIII priced at about 80 billion VND, McLaren 720S Spider priced at about 23 billion VND, Lamborghini Aventador Roadster priced at about 40 billion VND, Ferrari F8 Tributo priced at about 22 billion VND, Porsche 918 Spyder priced at about 24 billion VND, dozens of Mercedes-AMG G63 cars each priced at about 13 billion VND.
