Kim Oanh Group spreads love to lonely elderly people during Vu Lan season

(DN) - On the morning of September 17, the Heart Start Fund (a member of Kim Oanh Group) presented 250 gifts to homeless elderly people being cared for at the Social Work Center and the Children's Support Fund of Dong Nai province in a series of Vu Lan activities to show gratitude to parents in 2025.

Speaking at the program, Ms. Dang Thi Kim Oanh, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Kim Oanh Group, emotionally shared: Besides business activities, the group's branches always accompany Kim Oanh Fund in many charity programs, demonstrating social responsibility and the spirit of sharing with the community.

In recent times, Kim Oanh Group has carried out many activities such as supporting equipment to prevent the Covid-19 epidemic, taking care of orphans due to the pandemic, and visiting lonely elderly people. On each Vu Lan occasion, although the elderly are taken care of by the State, the group still organizes visits and gives gifts to spread love and bring joy to old age to the elderly.

In the Vu Lan month of filial piety in 2025, the Start-up Fund from the heart organized a series of charity activities "Vu Lan filial piety - spreading love" at 7 shelters and care centers for the homeless elderly in Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai province with a total program budget of more than 700 million VND.
