Training on financial management - commune budget accounting

On August 21, the Department of Finance organized a training course on financial work in the 2-level local government model, aiming to improve the quality of governance and transparent and professional public financial management. The training was attended by more than 200 trainees who are finance and accounting officials and civil servants in 54 communes, wards and special zones of the province.

During the 3-day training period, the trainees will be provided with in-depth knowledge by lecturers from the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics on financial management in the 2-level government model, especially new regulations and policies; regulations of the State Budget Law and introduced to software solutions and artificial intelligence (AI) applications to support workload reduction, meeting the application of science and technology in the field of finance and budget in accordance with the direction of Resolution 57 of the Politburo.

Delegates are commune-level financial and accounting officials and civil servants participating in the training.

The training course on financial management - commune budget accounting is not only an opportunity to disseminate documents, but also a forum for exchanging and sharing practical experiences, solving problems, and fostering professional capacity so that each financial and accounting officer at the grassroots level can truly master their work and be ready to meet new requirements.
