Focus on speeding up the implementation of power source and grid projects in Bac Ninh province.

In particular, it requires departments, agencies, localities, and investors of power source and grid projects being deployed in Bac Ninh province to strictly implement the contents previously directed by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; fully implement the reporting regime, and proactively organize working sessions to thoroughly resolve difficulties and problems.

Bac Ninh Electricity Company strengthens inspection and evaluation of power projects and works assigned to manage and operate to ensure uninterrupted power supply.

The Department of Industry and Trade promotes the role of the focal agency, regularly inspects, urges, and requests agencies, localities, and investors to focus on performing assigned tasks to ensure that power source and grid projects are implemented according to the set schedule. In addition, organizes work with investors, relevant agencies, and localities before September 15, 2025 to review and specifically resolve recommendations, proposals, and remove difficulties and obstacles according to authority; urges investors to register project implementation progress, report implementation results periodically every month; promptly advises the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to work specifically on each project or group of projects with many difficulties, complicated and prolonged problems.

Departments and agencies: Finance; Construction; Agriculture and Environment; Provincial Industrial Park Management Board and People's Committees of communes and wards speed up the progress of administrative procedures for power source and grid projects being implemented in the province according to their authority, creating favorable conditions for projects to soon complete investment and construction and put into operation. At the same time, regularly monitor the progress of project implementation and promptly resolve according to their authority or recommend competent authorities to resolve difficulties and problems.

The National Power Transmission Corporation, the Northern Power Corporation, and the Bac Ninh Power Company actively and proactively coordinate with departments, agencies, and localities during the implementation process; promptly report difficulties and obstacles to minimize the time to complete the work and put the project into operation. At the same time, promptly complete administrative procedures according to regulations and organize the investment and construction immediately after the land is handed over, ensuring project progress and promptly meeting the electricity demand in the province. Proactively arrange capital and human resources to invest in and renovate the power grid in the province, ensuring safe and stable electricity supply for production and daily life.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested Bac Ninh Electricity Company to strengthen inspection and evaluation of projects and power works assigned to manage and operate to ensure smooth and continuous power supply for production, business and daily life of people and enterprises; and limit the occurrence of power outages.
