The CSDT only organizes admission exams for majors that meet the training requirements according to regulations. For majors that are forced to stop enrolling, it is necessary to publicly announce on the CSDT's electronic information page.

When the information about ID card/CCCD/Identification code between the System and the candidate declared at the CSDT is inconsistent, the CSDT will take the ID card/CCCD/Identification code on the System and use it throughout the process of registration, application processing and admission. The correct ID card/CCCD number will be updated after the candidate is admitted to the CSDT.

For the direct admission method, the Ministry of Education and Training requires that the CSDT specifically stipulate the majors suitable for the exam subjects, topic content or professions participating in the exam, competition, and prize-winning.

Notify qualified candidates so that they have enough information and are proactive in registering their admission wishes (NVXT) on the System. All candidates who are directly admitted must be uploaded to the System for processing their wishes according to the general schedule.

In the first phase, CSĐT agencies with preliminary selection procedures, independent and supplementary exam results, capacity assessment, thinking assessment, computer-based university entrance assessment (V-SAT), foreign language certificates... (if any) or other forms to combine with the use of High School Graduation Exam results for admission must complete updating the results into the System before 5:00 p.m. on July 28, 2025.

The Ministry of Education and Training provides technical support to training institutions on the General Admission Support System (Business page) regarding: admission information, candidates' registration wishes, high school graduation exam scores, graduation assessment scores, competency assessment test scores, thinking, V-SAT (if any), high school learning outcomes (For candidates studying grade 12 in 2025), evidence of priorities and admission software (training institutions must update the correct admission software version),... to help training institutions conduct admission smoothly.

CSĐT should note: The system for processing admission wishes only filters out candidates who have passed higher wishes to other CSĐT from the expected admission list that CSĐT sends to the System. It does not have the function of adjusting the quota and standard scores that CSĐT has determined; The system does not consider admission on behalf of CSĐT;

The CSDT will receive full priority information of candidates after candidates register on the system. CSDT organizing the examination must not set out any requirements that cause inconvenience to candidates contrary to the Government 's regulations on abolishing the requirement to submit or present household registration books and certificates of residence information when performing administrative procedures;

The CSĐT must strictly comply with and unify the implementation of the regulations on the list of successful candidates. The official list of successful candidates for CSĐT is the list of candidates sent back to CSĐT by the System for processing admission wishes (based on the list of expected successful candidates uploaded by CSĐT to the System) after processing the wishes for the last time on August 20, 2025. CSĐT must absolutely not adjust this official list of successful candidates;

Candidates only register for the exam according to the major. Therefore, if the training institutions use many methods and combinations for admission, the software must consider all methods and combinations for the candidates (if the candidates meet the regulations) according to the announced admission information.
