The government requires the development of a project for high school graduation exams and university entrance exams on computers.

This is one of the tasks the Government requires to be completed in 2026 to implement Resolution 71-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in education and training development.

The Government has just issued Resolution 281/NQ-CP promulgating the Action Program to implement Resolution 71-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in education and training development.

Accordingly, the Government requires ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, and People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities to resolutely, effectively, and synchronously implement 8 tasks, including comprehensive digital transformation, popularization, and strong application of digital technology and artificial intelligence in education and training.

Specifically, the Government assigned the Ministry of Education and Training to preside over and coordinate with relevant ministries, agencies and localities to develop a project to organize high school graduation exams, university entrance exams, vocational education exams, and large-scale assessment exams on computers.

Along with that, develop the national education and human resources information system, connect with the labor market and employment information system and integrate science, technology and innovation information of educational institutions; build a project to encourage and mobilize businesses and higher education institutions to participate in training teachers and learners in digital capacity and artificial intelligence. These tasks will be completed in 2026.

The Government also assigned the Ministry of Education and Training to preside over and coordinate with the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance and relevant ministries and agencies to develop a Decree regulating the management of education and training data; build a database of digital transcripts and digital diplomas for learners nationwide according to personal identification codes. Completion time is in 2025.
