In 2025, the total allocated public investment capital is nearly 16,500 billion VND. As of early August 2025, the province has disbursed more than 7,600 billion VND, reaching 47.75% of the plan assigned by the Prime Minister , reaching 46.56% of the capital plan allocated by the Provincial People's Committee.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Ut assessed that the current investment disbursement in the province is very slow, not meeting the requirements and plans set out. Currently, the disbursement rate of many investors is very low, greatly affecting the disbursement rate of public investment capital in the province.

Faced with the above situation, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directed departments, branches, sectors and investors to focus on implementing and disbursing public investment capital, striving to achieve at least 75% of the capital plan by the end of the third quarter. The Provincial People's Committee assigned relevant units to urge, review and consider transferring capital to investors of works and projects with low disbursement rates and not meeting requirements and plans./.
