Mr. Ta Hong Luu, Acting Director of the Department of Education and Training of Thanh Hoa province, issued an official dispatch requesting the Chairmen of the People's Committees of communes and wards in the province and heads of affiliated units to seriously implement the Official Dispatch of the Provincial People's Committee on proactively responding to storm No. 10 in 2025.
Localities and units are required to develop plans to ensure safety for students, teachers and education management staff, minimizing damage caused by the storm. At the same time, notify all preschool and primary school students to stay home on September 29 to ensure safety.

From September 30 (Tuesday), educational institutions will proactively monitor the storm's developments and post-storm circulation, report to the People's Committees of communes, wards and the Department of Education and Training to decide whether to let students continue to stay home from school if necessary.
Mr. Luu also requested to review, inspect, and strengthen school facilities, especially at isolated locations in remote areas, where there is a high risk of landslides or flooding. Assets, machinery, equipment, tables, chairs, and records need to be moved to a safe place to minimize damage and loss.
Schools and educational establishments must be ready to receive people seeking shelter from the storm when conditions are adequate to ensure safety. After the storm, it is necessary to promptly repair damage, clean up, and sanitize classrooms to ensure safety, cleanliness, and disease prevention.
