Establishing 2 working groups to promote disbursement of public investment capital

On June 1, according to information from the People's Committee of Hai Phong City, the locality has just issued Decision 1600/QD-UBND to establish 2 working groups to inspect, urge, remove difficulties and obstacles, and promote the disbursement of public investment capital in 2024 in districts and project management boards under the City People's Committee.

Working Group No. 1 led by Mr. Nguyen Van Tung - Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee is responsible for inspecting and urging the disbursement of public investment capital of 10 key projects in 2024.

The projects include: Building digital government of Hai Phong city in the period of 2021 - 2025; Building Ben Rung bridge; Building Lai Xuan bridge and renovating and expanding provincial road 352; Building Do Muoi road extended to VSIP axis road and developing urban areas in the vicinity; Building Hai Phong Industrial College (phase 1); Building Nguyen Trai bridge and beautifying urban areas in the vicinity.

Constructing a bridge over Hoa River and the section through Hai Phong of the road from Thai Binh City to Nghin Bridge; Constructing a road from Provincial Road 354 in Tien Lang District to National Highway 10 in Vinh Bao District; Constructing a Political - Administrative Center, a traffic system and synchronous technical infrastructure for the New Urban Area North of Cam River; Constructing a Conference - Performance Center, a synchronous technical infrastructure system for the New Urban Area North of Cam River.

Working Group No. 2, headed by Mr. Le Anh Quan - Permanent Vice Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee, is responsible for inspecting and urging the disbursement of public investment capital at agencies and units (except for key projects in 2024).

Working time of the 2 working groups is from May 2024 to January 2025 .
