Previously, during the inspection, the school discovered that 3 classrooms at Kon Slak School were seriously degraded. The walls had many vertical and horizontal cracks 3-5cm wide, extending to the hallway. Some support pillars were broken, showing signs of losing their load-bearing capacity. The broken pillars were located right in front of the classroom, making it unsafe to walk around, posing a danger to students and teachers, especially during heavy rain and strong winds. To promptly prevent risks, the school requested the Commune People's Committee to coordinate in inspecting and supporting repairs.

According to Mr. Le Quang Chinh, Chairman of Kon Braih Commune People's Committee, the construction unit is expected to carry out repairs next week at a cost of about 200 million VND. While waiting for repairs, 65 students studying in the degraded classrooms have been temporarily transferred to a safer location.
