Establishment of the Trade Union of ECO SYSTEM Company Limited

On the afternoon of October 4, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation (PPF) held a ceremony to announce the Decision to establish the Trade Union of ECO SYSTEM Company Limited (headquartered in Binh Luc commune). Comrade Nguyen Hai Long, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial PPF attended.

Comrade Nguyen Hai Long, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, presented the Decision appointing the Provisional Executive Committee of the Trade Union of ECO SYSTEM Company Limited.

At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee for the establishment of the Company's Grassroots Trade Union announced the decision to admit union members, establish the Grassroots Trade Union, and appoint 11 members of the Provisional Executive Committee of the ECO SYSTEM Company Limited's Grassroots Trade Union and the positions of Chairman, Vice Chairman, etc. Accordingly, the Company's Grassroots Trade Union has a total of 662 union members.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Hai Long, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation acknowledged, commended and congratulated the Company's employees for participating in the Trade Union organization, and at the same time requested the Company's Board of Directors to continue to pay attention to creating conditions for the grassroots Trade Union to operate effectively.

He emphasized that in order for trade union activities to soon become regular, the Executive Committee of the Provisional Trade Union should proactively develop operating regulations, coordination regulations, and effectively implement the Workplace Democracy Regulations. Thereby protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers. Launching emulation movements to improve business quality and efficiency, contributing to increasing income, stabilizing jobs, and improving the lives of workers. Actively mobilizing workers to participate in cultural, sports , and social activities, supporting and helping each other at work. The grassroots trade union must be a "bridge" connecting workers and employers, contributing to the sustainable development of the enterprise. At the same time, well prepare the conditions to organize the Company's Grassroots Trade Union Congress in accordance with regulations.
