Establishment of the Labor Consulting and Support Center of Bac Ninh Provincial Trade Union

BAC NINH - Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee has just issued Decision No. 133-QD/TU on the establishment of the Bac Ninh Provincial Trade Union Labor Consulting and Support Center.

According to the Decision, the Labor Counseling and Support Center of Bac Ninh Provincial Trade Union was established on the basis of rearranging and reorganizing the Labor Counseling and Support Center of Bac Giang Provincial Trade Union, from September 1, 2025. The Center is a public service unit that self-insures regular expenses, directly under the Bac Ninh Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; has legal status, headquarters, seal, and separate account according to regulations.

The Labor Consulting and Support Center of Bac Ninh Provincial Trade Union has a Director and no more than 2 Deputy Directors; the maximum number of employees of the Center is 27 (of which, there are 23 employees and 4 service staff). The Center does not establish functional departments.

The Provincial Party Committee of the Fatherland Front directs the issuance of regulations on functions, tasks, and organizational structure; approves job positions; guides, manages, uses, and recruits civil servants and labor contracts according to job positions, ensuring the number of employees has been determined; at the same time, directs the implementation of financial autonomy in accordance with regulations. The Provincial Labor Federation Executive Committee directs, guides the content, and orders the Center on professional activities according to its functions and tasks.
