The course was attended by about 800 trainees who were IT officers of the commune, village development committees and people of two communes: Van Son and Duong Huu.

Here, the trainees were informed by a reporter from the Center for Information Technology and Communications (Department of Science and Technology) about digital skills in business activities and daily life.
People are instructed on how to promote and introduce agricultural products and local specialties in the digital environment, and access e-commerce platforms to expand their consumption markets. They are also instructed on how to use smartphones and social networks to update information and look up online public services.
During the training, students are taught skills in protecting personal information and safely using online platforms, contributing to improving the digital capacity of the community. In particular, equipping people with this knowledge and skills helps them expand employment opportunities, increase income, improve their quality of life, and contribute to sustainable poverty reduction, narrowing the digital gap between ethnic minority areas and urban areas.
It is known that the training courses are deployed according to the implementation plan of the National Target Program on Socio -Economic Development in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas by 2025. This is an activity to improve digital capacity for the community, contributing to promoting production and business development and improving people's lives.
