Bac Ninh: Groundbreaking ceremony of Gold Park luxury apartment project

BAC NINH - On the morning of September 27, Comrade Vuong Quoc Tuan, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province attended the groundbreaking ceremony of the Gold Park luxury apartment project in Bac Giang ward. This is one of the key projects to be started to welcome the 1st Congress of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

Attending the groundbreaking ceremony were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee: Lam Thi Huong Thanh, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; Vu Minh Hieu, Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee; Nguyen Dinh Loi, Head of the Provincial Party Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee.

The commercial apartment project on the land lot coded CT3 (Gold Park apartment) is represented by Dat Vuong Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company as the joint investor. The project is built on a land plot with a total area of ​​over 5,260 m2; including a 25-storey building; 2 basements with a scale of 607 luxury apartments. Including 19 shophouses, 8 penthouses, 580 apartments providing accommodation for more than 2,000 residents.

The total investment capital of the project is 1,163 billion VND, the expected construction time is 24 months. In addition, the project also has many internal facilities such as: underground parking, swimming pool, gym; commercial service area... The project promises to bring many practical and long-term values ​​to the community as well as contribute to the sustainable development of the area.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, comrade Phan The Tuan stated that in recent years, Bac Ninh province has focused on synchronously implementing solutions to attract investment, develop infrastructure, and gradually improve urban space. One of the key tasks of the province is to focus on developing urban housing, including the commercial apartment segment to both meet the increasing needs of the people and contribute to restructuring urban space, improving the quality of life and image of the province.

The Gold Park apartment project has been started with commercial services, modern design, synchronous infrastructure associated with public utility services. When completed and put into use, the project will create more high-quality housing for the people, become an architectural highlight, expand urban space, promote the development of commercial and service activities, and at the same time affirm the attractiveness of the investment environment of Bac Ninh province.

This is one of the practical works to welcome the 1st Bac Ninh Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, demonstrating the spirit of determination to act, aspiration for development, and realizing the Party's Resolution into life.

At the same time, pay attention to building landscapes, utilities and services so that the project can truly become a civilized and modern living space.
