Dr. Thang Van Phuc, former Deputy Minister of Home Affairs , President of Vietnam Record Holders Association and Dr. Tran Ngoc Tang, Vice President of Vietnam Record Holders Association, former Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department, awarded certificates to the record-setting unit.
The two record-breaking products this time are “Love in the Bay” - a music program combined with an outdoor light show on a cruise ship with the largest scale in Vietnam, held in the heritage space of Ha Long Bay and “Ambassador Cruise II” - a cruise ship serving relaxation, entertainment combined with exploring the world natural heritage of Ha Long Bay with a 5-storey design, the largest capacity in Vietnam.
“Love in the Bay” is staged and organized on an outdoor floating stage, located on the 4th floor of the Ambassador Cruise II operating in Ha Long Bay. The stage, sound and lighting systems are specially designed to suit the outdoor space at sea, ensuring both safety and professional performance standards, bringing many new experiences to visitors. In addition to always creating special combinations of experiential tourism , the Ambassador II cruise with a capacity of up to 600 seats has become a new symbol of serving the needs of visitors to visit and experience Ha Long Bay.

The record awarding event is also an opportunity for investors, tourism managers and related businesses to have a clearer view of the development trend of tourism products combining relaxation, entertainment and nature exploration, while promoting creative solutions to develop sustainable tourism, protect the environment and preserve the cultural and natural values of Ha Long Bay.
This is the first time in Ha Long that a cruise ship has set two Vietnamese records, awarded at the same time. Previously, in 2014, the Vietnam Record Organization awarded a certificate of record for the largest artificial cruise port in Vietnam to Tuan Chau port - Ha Long Bay.
