Provincial People's Committee Youth Union summarizes work in the third quarter of 2025

On the afternoon of September 29, at Quang Ninh Medical College, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee's Youth Union organized a summary of the 2025 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign; a preliminary review of the Youth Union and youth movement work in the first 9 months, deployment of tasks for the last 3 months of the year; and a summary of the school Youth Union work in the 2024-2025 school year.

Delegates contributed comments to the draft documents of the Youth Union Congresses at all levels, term 2025-2030.

In 9 months, the youth of the Provincial People's Committee have promoted the spirit of initiative and creativity, effectively implementing movements and action programs. Notably, they exceeded targets in many areas: Admitting 1,038 new members, introducing 176 outstanding members to the Party; organizing 12 journeys to the source, implementing 3 youth projects at the Provincial People's Committee Youth Union level worth over 150 million VND; mobilizing voluntary blood donation to collect more than 2,100 units of blood. In particular, the youth union members have participated in supporting the two-level government, processing 8,021 online public service records (achieving 267% of the target), focusing on guiding people and businesses to use VNeID, digital signatures, electronic payments, contributing to promoting digital transformation and building e-government.

Comrade Vu Ngoc Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, disseminated the Resolution of the 1st Provincial People's Committee Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

The 2025 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign of the Provincial People's Committee Youth Union has left many impressions, typically the project " Sports equipment for the community" worth 60 million VND in Quang Yen ward; launching the "Young doctors following Uncle Ho's teachings" festival to examine and give free medicine to more than 250 people; deploying "Digital education for the masses" teams with 3 training classes, supporting people to perform online public services, VNeID, electronic payments, along with many social security activities, environmental protection, and child care.

Many groups and individuals with outstanding achievements in the Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign were recognized and rewarded.

At the conference, delegates were informed of the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030. The conference also spent time collecting comments from Youth Union officials, members and youth on the draft documents of the Youth Union Congresses at all levels, term 2025-2030.

On this occasion, many collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign and School Youth Union work in the 2024-2025 school year were commended and rewarded.
