The atmosphere welcoming the new year 2024 and celebrating the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam is bustling throughout the streets of Hanoi.

On the Tran Duy Hung Tunnel section of Ring Road 3, a large model decorated with peach blossoms and striking colors bears the words "Celebrating the glorious Party, celebrating the Year of the Dragon 2024".
