Budget revenue reached 74.4% of the estimate assigned by the Provincial People's Council.

Since the beginning of the year, the state budget revenue in the province has reached 12,141 billion VND, equal to 90.6% of the central budget estimate and 74.4% of the provincial budget estimate, an increase of 22.3% over the same period last year.

Specifically, domestic revenue reached 12,002 billion VND (equal to 90.63% of the central budget and nearly 74.4% of the provincial People's Council budget, up 22.58% over the same period last year). Of which, tax, fee and charge revenue was 8,360 billion VND (equal to 91.5% of the central budget and 89.3% of the provincial budget, up 19.4%); lottery revenue was over 322 billion VND (equal to 96.21% of the central budget and 92.09% of the provincial People's Council budget, up 12.2%); land use fee revenue was 3,319 billion VND (equal to 88.11% of the central budget and 51.7% of the provincial People's Council budget, up 32.54%); Import and export tax revenue reached nearly 139.4 billion VND (equal to 89.9% of the Central budget estimate and more than 81% of the Provincial People's Council budget estimate, up 2.86% over the same period last year).

According to the assessment of the Provincial People's Committee, the budget revenue in the first 9 months of 2025 increased because since the beginning of the year, the province has fully implemented the tax support policies issued by the Central Government, creating favorable conditions and supporting people and businesses in the process of implementing tax administrative procedures. At the same time, directing agencies and units to regularly review revenue sources and strengthen measures to prevent tax losses.

However, budget revenue has not yet reached the set growth scenario (VND 12,228 billion). Therefore, to complete the state budget revenue target for the whole year of 2025, the Provincial People's Committee directed departments, branches and localities to strengthen management, prevent revenue loss, and effectively implement budget collection tasks, especially revenue from production, business and service activities.
