After a morning of official activities on November 2, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte cycled together around Phan Dinh Phung, Nguyen Tri Phuong, Dien Bien Phu and Ton That Dam streets.

After the welcoming ceremony, talks and witnessing the signing of cooperation documents, this morning (November 2), Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and Prime Minister Mark Rutte cycled together through Phan Dinh Phung, Nguyen Tri Phuong, Dien Bien Phu and Ton That Dam streets.

Prime Minister Mark Rutte paid an official visit to Vietnam at the invitation of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh. This is the third time Mr. Mark Rutte has visited Vietnam as Prime Minister.

He is sympathetic to Vietnam and always considers the Netherlands a European friend of Vietnam.

Nine months ago, Prime Minister Mark Rutte welcomed Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on an official visit to the Netherlands.

The two Prime Ministers cycled together from the Government Office, through Phan Dinh Phung, Nguyen Tri Phuong, Dien Bien Phu streets and ended at 1 Ton That Dam.

Prime Minister Mark Rutte is world-famous for being the Prime Minister of a country that often cycles to work every day. Mr. Mark Rutte once said: "The Dutch love cycling because we are a small country" and the "addicted" Prime Minister also said that the health benefits of cycling, this form of exercise can reduce the risk of diseases such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease, and can help improve mental health.
