Training on sales skills on TikTok Shop for businesses and production and trading establishments

On October 8, Tay Ninh Department of Industry and Trade coordinated with House of Deera Joint Stock Company to organize a training course on sales skills on the TikTok Shop e-commerce platform.

Experts guide to practice features on the TikTok Shop platform

The program is organized in both direct and online formats, attracting the participation of associations, businesses, cooperatives and production and business establishments in the province.

Business representatives asked questions to experts at the training session.

The training session revolved around the following contents: Instructions on building a TikTok sales channel in accordance with the platform's regulations and terms; practicing TikTok Shop features such as opening a store, posting products, attaching videos, implementing affiliate marketing campaigns and processing orders; and equipping customers with customer care skills through practical experiences to improve business efficiency.

Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade Huynh Dang Khoa delivered the opening speech of the training session.

Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade Huynh Dang Khoa said that the training course aims to equip businesses and local production and business establishments with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively exploit modern online sales channels, contributing to promoting and enhancing the value of OCOP products, specialties and agricultural products of Tay Ninh province, expanding opportunities to access domestic and foreign markets./.
