The meeting focused on reviewing and giving opinions on the project to build Tan Trao National Special Relic Site into a center for educating revolutionary traditions of the whole country associated with tourism development.

Through the study of the project, the discussion opinions all agreed on the establishment of the project, focusing on clarifying the objectives, tasks, and scope of the project. In addition, the opinions also suggested that the drafting agency research the name of the project in the direction of ensuring the proposed purpose while taking advantage of resources for the cultural target program; solutions for tourism development.

Regarding the project's tasks, it is necessary to focus on restoration and embellishment associated with the overall planning and promoting the value of the relic site. On that basis, the solutions must focus on implementing the key tasks of the project, in which the education of traditions needs to identify agencies, units, and schools in the province that need to have practical activities such as: studying, reporting achievements, admitting the Party, admitting the Youth Union at the relic sites, and at the same time, combining with ministries, departments, central branches, provinces, and cities across the country to have activities about the source, educating revolutionary historical traditions.

Concluding the above content, Comrade Chau Van Lam, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, expressed his high agreement with the project development. Regarding the project's objectives, the presiding agency needs to ensure that when implementing the project, it benefits from the Party and State's mechanisms and policies on tourism development towards building a national tourist area.

Regarding the project's tasks, it is necessary to identify the tasks of restoring, embellishing, preserving and promoting revolutionary historical relics, in which promoting revolutionary historical relics associated with tourism development is the top priority task; building experiential models, embellishing the landscape, recreating the image of the Capital of the Liberated Zone, the Capital of Resistance, experiencing the culture of ethnic minorities; experiencing various types of sports and folk games; forming tours, accommodation facilities, commercial centers, investing in facilities to be able to organize events of national, regional and provincial scale.

Provincial Party Secretary Chau Van Lam also requested the drafting agency to continue reviewing and supplementing solutions on policy mechanisms, mobilizing resources, and mobilizing social components to implement the project while focusing on propaganda and implementation.

Giving opinions on the Plan to organize the Festival to display representative intangible cultural heritage of humanity and Thanh Tuyen Festival in 2024, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee basically agreed with the contents of the plan.

Delegates emphasized that Thanh Tuyen Festival is the best opportunity to promote the image of the land, culture and people of Tuyen Quang, contributing to preserving and promoting the national cultural identity, actively contributing to the socio-economic development of the province, gradually integrating Tuyen Quang with the common development of the mountainous provinces, the region and the world.

Concluding this content, the Provincial Party Secretary emphasized that for the Festival to perform some intangible cultural heritages of Vietnam and other countries that have been listed by UNESCO in the list of representative intangible cultural heritages of humanity, it is necessary to select and invite domestic and foreign units and localities with intangible cultural heritages to participate in the performance.

Regarding the Thanh Tuyen Festival in 2024, the Provincial Party Secretary requested that the activities be more attractive, of better quality, and at the same time, have many new features to attract tourists. The Provincial People's Committee and relevant sectors need to soon complete the dossier to announce the certificate of protection of the Thanh Tuyen Festival certification mark.

Regarding the contents of the Thanh Tuyen Festival, it is necessary to focus on strengthening propaganda activities to promote the unique festival of Tuyen Quang. He also suggested that the construction and scoring of the parade models should be carried out soon; there should be a space to display the models for tourists to visit and experience. He also noted that there should be supporting activities on the sidelines that are lively, joyful, and attractive, creating an impression for tourists when coming to Tuyen Quang during the Thanh Tuyen Festival.

Tuyen Quang City needs to encourage organizations and individuals to develop accommodation services, homestays, and restaurant systems. At the same time, mobilize people to repair and upgrade store systems, expand business on the streets, and focus on introducing the province's OCOP products.
