"After the assessment, the school's Organization and Administration Department reported specifically. Accordingly, Mr. Hai's expertise did not meet the requirements according to the report of the Professional Assessment Council. Mr. Hai's personal profile was not suitable for the position of lecturer due to the lack of a university degree. Mr. Hai's other qualifications were also invalid after the Organization and Administration Department conducted verification.
