From July 1, 2025, the Dong Nai Provincial Land Registration Office has 5 divisions, teams and 22 inter-commune and ward branches with more than 1,200 officials. To support 95 communes and wards to effectively operate the 2-level local government model, the unit has arranged 190 staff to directly receive and return results at the Public Administration Service Center.
Regarding receiving documents, from July 1 to September 20, on the provincial administrative procedure settlement information system, the Provincial Land Registration Office received nearly 112,000 new documents; including forwarded documents, it was more than 116,000. Of these, more than 88,000 documents were resolved, with the rate of correct and early resolution reaching 99.6%.
In parallel with handling administrative procedures, the Provincial Land Registration Office also adjusted records and cadastral databases according to new administrative boundaries: from 159 communes, wards and towns to 55 units for Dong Nai province (old); from 111 to 40 units for Binh Phuoc province (old). At the same time, it completed the synthesis of land inventory data and created a map of current land use status in 2024.
In the last months of 2025, the Provincial Land Registration Office will continue to direct departments, teams and branches to focus on handling administrative procedures, ensuring the completion of assigned targets. The unit will also advise and propose the arrangement and assignment of personnel in the system; complete land inventory, create a map of current land use status in 2024; compare data and clean up land user information in the cadastral database.

Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Dong Nai province, Dang Minh Duc, suggested: The Land Registration Office should continue to increase the rate of digitizing records. In case the records are at risk of being late, the unit must send an apology letter and notify the people and businesses of the time to return the results at least 1 day in advance.
Along with that, the Provincial Land Registration Office prioritizes resources to implement the 90-day campaign to clean up and enrich the land database and synchronize it with the national land database; urgently complete legal documents in the unit's advisory field so that the department can advise the province to consider and promulgate.
The People's Committees of the communes and wards of Phuoc Binh, Phuoc Long, Binh Tan, Phu Trung, Phu Nghia and Da Kia, if any problems arise in the field of land and environment, need to promptly report for guidance and handling. At the same time, local authorities need to closely coordinate with the Department and branches of the Land Registration Office to carry out tasks; strengthen propaganda about the goals and significance of the 90-day Campaign, helping people understand their rights when accessing land information, and make it more convenient to use the National Public Service Portal and the VNeID application.
