- On the evening of September 26, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Son commune organized an art program to welcome the success of the 18th Congress of Lang Son Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term and to celebrate the 85th anniversary of the Bac Son Uprising (September 27, 1940 - September 27, 2025). Attending the program were leaders of Bac Son commune and people of all ethnic groups in the area.
At the program, delegates and the people of the commune together reviewed the heroic tradition of the Bac Son Uprising Day. 85 years ago, on September 27, 1940, under the leadership of the Party, the people of all ethnic groups in Bac Son heroically rose up in revolt, opening the revolutionary armed struggle movement across the country, leaving a brilliant mark in the history of the nation. The Bac Son Uprising contributed greatly to the cause of national liberation, becoming a shining symbol of patriotism, indomitable will, and resilience in fighting against colonial rule, gaining independence and freedom for the country.
The art program had the participation of nearly 200 singers and extras from clubs and art troupes of the communes: Bac Son, Nhat Hoa, Vu Le, Hung Vu and Tan Tri commune with 18 unique singing, dancing and jumping performances.
The performances praising the glorious Party, the great Uncle Ho, the homeland, the beautiful and rich country and the revolutionary land of Bac Son... contributed to expressing the sentiments and beliefs towards the Party, homeland and country. At the same time, they demonstrated the determination of the Party Committee, government and people of Bac Son to inherit and promote the glorious revolutionary tradition, the determination to unite, be creative and actively build the homeland in particular and the country in general to become increasingly rich, beautiful and civilized.
