Searching for a missing 3-year-old girl in Yen River, Da Nang City

On the morning of August 26, the leader of the People's Committee of Hoa Vang commune said that the authorities and local people are coordinating to search for a 3-year-old girl missing in Yen river.

Authorities spent the night searching for a missing 3-year-old girl in Yen River.

Initial information, at about 5:30 pm on August 25, TAN (3 years old, Hoa Tien commune, Da Nang city) returned to his maternal hometown in Hoa Vang commune, about 7km from home.

While going with her grandmother to the garden near Yen River, N. went missing. Family members later discovered a plastic pig that the child often played with floating in the river. Suspecting that the child had fallen into the river, the family reported it to the authorities.

That same night, police, militia and people of Hoa Vang commune arrived at the scene and organized a search around the Yen River area.

As of the morning of August 26, dozens of officers, soldiers and local people were continuing to expand the search area along the Yen River, while also checking the surrounding area for the child's whereabouts.
