Ready for EWEC Fair - Da Nang 2025

At the Da Nang Exhibition Fair Center on the morning of September 30, the organization of events and display of booths of businesses and production facilities were basically completed.

The units are completing the final stages of decorating the booths and displaying products as well as promotional materials at the booths. All efforts are made to bring a lively space, quality products, and eye-catching images to serve the people and visitors.

This is an opportunity for businesses, cooperatives, and production facilities in the city to introduce, promote product consumption, and serve the shopping needs of consumers.

Participating in the EWEC Fair - Da Nang from 2018 to present, MAYACA Coffee Company Limited (Thanh Khe Ward) always hopes that through the event, it will help expand the consumption market as well as aim to build a coffee brand typical of Da Nang people.

Mr. Ho Duc Tien, Director of the company shared: “This time the company brings 10 coffee product lines with customers being coffee shops, hotels, resorts and products for gifts; along with accompanying machinery and equipment solutions such as coffee makers. We hope that at this fair we will find partners who are importers and coffee processors, especially from countries like Laos and Thailand”.

Meanwhile, Phu Son Village Cooperative (Hoa Tien Commune) offers more diverse products, including sliced fish cakes, snail cakes, sausages, Chinese sausages and other local specialties.

More than 220 booths of 150 participating units and businesses

EWEC - Da Nang 2025 Fair is an activity under the National Trade Promotion Program 2025 approved by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and directed by the People's Committee of Da Nang City. The Trade Promotion Agency (Ministry of Industry and Trade) and the Department of Industry and Trade jointly organized from October 1 to 6. The fair has a scale of more than 220 booths of 150 units and enterprises.

Products displayed and introduced at the fair include: local products (key products, typical products, OCOP products, regional specialties...), industries: electronics - technology (technology equipment, household appliances, new technology products, machinery and equipment); food - agricultural products (food and beverages, clean agricultural products of all kinds); household goods (wooden handicrafts, rattan, textiles, gifts...) and other services (logistics, travel services, tourism, education , health care...).

Ms. Le Thi Bich Van, representative of the cooperative, hopes that through the fair, she will connect with many units and customers to know more about the cooperative's products. This is also an opportunity to approach potential customers for the distribution unit.

According to the Organizing Committee, the EWEC - Da Nang 2025 Fair also attracts the participation of production units in many provinces and cities across the country to introduce and promote their brands as well as expand their consumption markets.

Ms. Pham Thi Hong, Deputy Director of Khanh Dan Food Processing and Trading Cooperative (Dam Ha commune, Quang Ninh province) expressed: "We bring to this fair a variety of Quang Ninh specialties such as: hand-pounded squid rolls, sea worm fish sauce, shrimp floss, mantis shrimp floss..., many of which are OCOP certified.

During the fair, we will transport more than 100kg of products from Quang Ninh to Da Nang every day for display and sale, this helps to maintain the best quality and freshness of the products. In Da Nang alone, we have participated in many large-scale fairs.

Besides introducing products to customers, the cooperative also hopes to find a stable source of customers in the Da Nang area as well as the Central region.

Promote supply chain formation

As an annual activity held in Da Nang since 2007, EWEC Fair has become a prestigious international event of the city.

In 2025, the fair will have a more special meaning after Quang Nam and Da Nang officially merged. This is the first international trade promotion event held since the establishment of Da Nang city, contributing to further promoting friendly cooperation, understanding and mutual trust with countries on the East-West Economic Corridor and countries in the region.

In addition, this is an opportunity to promote trade, tourism and investment exchanges between localities in different countries; at the same time, it creates favorable conditions for domestic trade promotion organizations, enterprises and cooperatives to participate in introducing and promoting products, seeking investment partners in many fields, bringing practical benefits to the business community.

Ms. Le Thi Kim Phuong, Director of the Department of Industry and Trade of Da Nang city, said that the event not only contributes to promoting key products, OCOP products, and regional specialties to consumers, but also promotes the formation of a supply chain from production to consumption, stimulates domestic consumption, and expands the domestic market towards export.

The fair also contributes to improving competitiveness and developing product value chains of localities in the Central Coast - Central Highlands region and the whole country.
