The investment project to build a dry port combined with a logistics center in Hoa Nhon has an area of ​​23.4 hectares, located in Ba Na commune. Regarding the boundary, the north and northeast border the service road along the southern bypass of Hai Van tunnel; the west and northwest border the Hoa Vang logistics service center; the east border the road leading to the residential area of ​​Ba Na commune; the south border the residential area of ​​Ba Na commune.

The project's objective is to invest in the construction of a dry port combined with a Hoa Nhon logistics center in Ba Na commune to serve functional areas in the city and neighboring areas, effectively connecting with the key economic region of the Central region and the East-West economic corridor, contributing to the economic and social development of the city.

Products and services provided after the project is completed are logistics centers, distribution hubs, loading and unloading, multimodal freight transport for industrial parks and seaports in the region; warehousing and storage services; customs clearance services and other logistics services...

The planned scale of the construction includes a warehouse system, loading and unloading equipment, technical infrastructure and synchronous auxiliary works. Investment capital comes from the investor's contributed capital and other legally mobilized capital sources. The project's operating period is 50 years.

The form of investor selection is to approve the investment policy and simultaneously approve the investor without auctioning land use rights or bidding to select investors. The time to submit the project registration dossier is within 7 days from September 23, 2025 (from September 23, 2025 to September 30, 2025).

According to the Department of Finance, investors interested in registering to implement the Hoa Nhon dry port construction investment project combined with the logistics center commit to bear all costs and risks if the project is not approved; and at the same time, be responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy and honesty of the dossier and documents sent to competent state agencies.
