The 2025 public investment plan is assigned 1,112 trillion VND. As of the end of September, the disbursement rate has reached over 51% of the plan. This year's target is to disburse 100% of this capital. The Ministry of Finance 's leaders affirmed that this amount of capital is suitable for development needs and does not affect inflation.
Mr. Nguyen Duc Chi - Deputy Minister of Finance said: "When building investment capital, we have taken into account other relationships, with the growth target and expected inflation that we set at the beginning of the year and have reported to all levels, to the Central Government, to the National Assembly and have decided. We do not have to worry, do not have to worry that public investment disbursement will have a negative impact on other macroeconomic indicators".
Regarding credit, as of the end of September, the total outstanding credit balance of the entire system increased by 13.4% compared to the end of last year. Credit capital continues to be directed towards production and business, accounting for about 78%. Some priority sectors have very high growth rates, such as the technology - supporting industry sector, which grew by about 23.4%. In the coming time, credit will be managed in accordance with the capital absorption needs of the economy.
Mr. Doan Thai Son - Deputy Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam informed: "Directing credit to priority production and business and economic growth drivers; strictly controlling credit for potentially risky areas; promoting the implementation of programs and policies according to the policies of the Government and the Prime Minister, as well as submitting to the Government for promulgation a decree on supporting 2% interest rate from the state budget for businesses, business households, and business individuals to borrow capital towards green growth, circular economy and applying the ESG standards framework".
Regarding the pilot of crypto assets, the Ministry of Finance informed that up to now, the Ministry has not received any requests from businesses to register to participate in providing crypto asset trading services. The Ministry is developing detailed decrees on tax policies, fees, and charges in crypto asset transactions.
