The Provincial Party Committee thoroughly grasps the newly issued decisions, regulations and conclusions of the Politburo and Secretariat.

On October 27, the Provincial Party Committee organized a conference to study, learn and disseminate newly issued decisions, regulations and conclusions of the 13th Politburo and Secretariat in person and online from the province to the grassroots level. Attending the conference at the Provincial Party Committee bridge were comrades in the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Provincial Party Committee members and leaders of provincial departments, branches and sectors.

The conference listened to Comrade Lam Dong, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, disseminate Regulation No. 113-QD/TW dated July 10, 2023 of the Politburo on piloting the delegation of authority at the grassroots level to grassroots party committees whose direct superiors are not provincial, municipal, or central party committees; Regulation No. 123-QD/TW dated September 26, 2023 of the Secretariat on functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the direct superior party committee of grassroots party organizations under the Party Committee of the Central Agencies; and Regulation No. 124-QD/TW dated October 4, 2023 of the Politburo on annual quality review, assessment, and classification of collectives and individuals in the political system.

Listening to comrade Phan Tan Canh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, thoroughly grasp Conclusion No. 62-KL/TW dated October 2, 2023 of the Politburo on implementing Resolution No. 19-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Party Central Committee on continuing to innovate the organization and management system, improving the quality and efficiency of operations of public service units.

Through the conference, it aims to help local Party committees, departments, branches and organizations in the province grasp the important, core contents and new points in the regulations, decisions and conclusions of the Central Committee, thereby organizing research, study and dissemination to cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers and effectively implementing the assigned functions and tasks.

* On the same day, the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises organized an online conference to study and disseminate newly issued decisions, regulations and conclusions of the 13th Politburo and Secretariat. Attending were comrades: members of the Executive Committee, the Party Committee's Inspection Committee and secretaries and deputy secretaries of the branches and affiliated party committees.
