Super typhoon Ragasa (also the ninth typhoon in the East Sea in 2025) is approaching the Gulf of Tonkin, causing heavy rain, strong winds and rough waves. Quang Ninh, Hai Phong and many other northern localities are forecast to be the epicenter of the storm.
