Accordingly, focus on prosecuting, expanding investigations, and strictly handling criminals in the production and trade of counterfeit and poor-quality goods, especially counterfeit goods related to people's health. Particularly in the case of bribery and bribery at the Department of Food Safety, Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Public Security's Investigation Police Agency has prosecuted 29 suspects.

In particular, the General Secretary emphasized that recently, the prosecution agencies have fought and destroyed many organized crime cases, involving collusion between criminal gangs disguised as businesses and corrupt officials, including key leaders of some localities, and officials in agencies with the function of preventing and combating corruption, waste, and negativity, causing public outrage, affecting the investment and business environment and people's trust.

"The General Secretary paid special attention to the situation of "officials - businessmen" colluding for personal gain, which is becoming more and more sophisticated, distorted, and dangerous, with the relationship of "officials - businessmen - criminals", the subjects have colluded, formed "interest groups" to take personal gain, even dominated and monopolized power, affecting the healthy development environment of the economy and the proper operation of the state apparatus. Identifying, destroying, and eliminating these connections is extremely important, we have done it and will continue to do it in the coming time", Mr. Dung said.

From there, Mr. Dung informed that one of the key tasks until the end of 2025 and the coming time, the General Secretary requested that the work of preventing and combating corruption, waste, and negativity must also be more urgent, drastic, and stronger, especially speeding up progress, completing investigations, and thoroughly handling cases and incidents, not letting them drag on into the new term; resolutely not allowing degraded, corrupt, wasteful, and negative officials to enter the 14th Central Committee and the 16th National Assembly.

"In particular, the General Secretary noted that it is necessary to focus on investigating and thoroughly handling cases and matters involving collusion between corrupt and degenerate officials and businesses for personal gain, especially with criminals hiding under the guise of businesses, in accordance with the spirit of "prosecuting one case, alerting the whole region and the whole field", to sound the alarm, warning and strong deterrence," Mr. Dung stated.

The General Secretary also requested the Central Inspection Commission and relevant Party committees to urgently complete the inspection, clarify, and strictly handle Party organizations and Party members who have committed violations related to cases and incidents related to the production and trade of functional foods, fake milk, and medicines of unknown origin and of poor quality.

The authorities should strengthen close coordination, promptly review and thoroughly handle cases and incidents related to the personnel of the 14th Party Committee and the personnel of the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels.
