In 2013, Kieng Sang Kindergarten established a class named after President Ho Chi Minh . Students of this class learn about Vietnamese culture and traditions.
Over the past decades, the Board of Directors and teachers have worked hard to build Kieng Sang Kindergarten into a national model school and an educational institution that nurtures the arts. With their tireless efforts, the school has trained many children to win prizes at international art competitions.
The school has dozens of specialized classes teaching Korean language and musical instruments. Selecting children with special talents from kindergartens in the capital Pyongyang is the top concern of teachers working at this school.
General Secretary To Lam and the delegation watched the performance of the students. Kieng Sang Kindergarten is the first unit to apply integrated and innovative classrooms, and to apply educational support software for North Korean children. At the school, all classrooms are built into multi-functional classrooms and modernize education at a high level, contributing to improving the children's capacity and intelligence.
