It is known that the World Chinese Chess Championship was established in 1990 and is held every two years. Lai Ly Huynh was born in 1990 in Vinh Long , residing in Phu Loi ward, Ho Chi Minh City; was the national Chinese chess champion 6 times and is currently the number 1 chess player in Vietnam.
