Projects that Working Group 1645 considered to remove obstacles in granting pink books include: Golden King Building Project, No. 15 Nguyen Luong Bang, Tan My Ward, invested by Dong Duong Real Estate Investment and Development Joint Stock Company; Sky 9 Apartment Building, Long Truong Ward, invested by Khang Viet National Housing Development Joint Stock Company; Rach Ba Tanh Housing Project, Binh Hung Commune, invested by Dai Phuc Construction and Housing Trading Joint Stock Company; apartments in An Phu - An Khanh project, An Khanh Ward, invested by Housing Development and Trading Joint Stock Company.
For Sky 9 Apartment, there are 3 blocks with 1,257 apartments and 104 commercial service apartments for rent on the 3rd and 4th floors. Of which, in Block 1, there are 466 apartments that have been granted certificates and 4 apartments that are not eligible for certificates; Block 2 has 329 apartments that have been granted certificates, 45 apartments that are not eligible for certificates; Block 3 has 373 apartments, 104 commercial apartments that are not eligible for pink books. The reason for the delay in granting pink books is that the project must redefine additional financial obligations, because previously the project only determined land use fees according to the base block. At the same time, there are 89 apartments in Block 1 and Block 2 that will be resolved to grant pink books after the Ward People's Committee confirmed that the company has completed the removal of the iron frame and plastic roof; commented on adjusting the width of the internal road from 4m to 3.5m; the investor must complete the sidewalk and tree items of the project.
After listening to reports from relevant units, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Ho Chi Minh City Nguyen Toan Thang requested the investor to contact relevant units to determine financial obligations and supplement documents to resolve the issuance of pink books for the remaining apartments.
For nearly 40 apartments in the An Phu - An Khanh project, members of the working group agreed to consider granting pink books to residents after receiving the conclusion of the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department.
For the Golden King Building Project and Rach Ba Tanh Housing Project, Mr. Nguyen Toan Thang requested the investor to complete the application for granting pink books to home buyers.
